Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
Applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (BA or equivalent), preferably in Music or a related field, from an institution recognized by the relevant national authorities.
- Submit materials demonstrating musical and/or pedagogical competence, including:
- Artistic and/or academic portfolio, including video recordings where applicable
- Statement of Purpose (evaluated for clarity of academic goals, professional orientation, and alignment with the programme)
- Participate in a formal interview, which may include a short aural skills assessment.
Language Requirements
As English is the official language of instruction, all applicants must demonstrate proficiency in English at a level equivalent to at least one of the following:
- TOEFL iBT: 79
- IELTS: 6.5
- Duolingo English Test: 115
Applicants who hold a Bachelor’s degree awarded by an institution where English is the primary language of instruction are exempt from this requirement.

We choose to go to the moon in this decade and do the other things, not because they are easy, but because they are hard, because that goal will serve to organize and measure the best of our energies and skills, because that challenge is one that we are willing to accept, one we are unwilling to postpone, and one which we intend to win, and the others, too.
Application Process
A call for applications is published annually on the program website. All procedures, deadlines and required documentation are announced therein. Applications must be submitted to the program's secretariat by the announced deadline.
